The Zenvo Aurora Will Debut In Person At The Goodwood Festival Of Speed
Danish supercar company Zenvo is going to Goodwood. The 280-mile-per-hour Aurora will make its in-person world debut at the Festival of Speed this weekend. The company plans two versions of its ultra-exotic vehicle, one for the track and one for long-distance driving. The latter is called the Zenvo Aurora Tur (for Touring), and the company has just revealed the locked-in design before it shows up on that most special of British driveways in Chichester, near England’s southern coast.
Yes, we’ve seen photos (or at least renderings) of this car plenty of times before. But some of those are the bewinged and track-ready Agil, while others just didn’t happen to be a “final” design. Look, boutique hypercars need to build hype; sometimes, this is how it goes. This car, however, is the real deal.
Zenvo Tur: A Sleek And Sophisticated 1,850-Horsepower Hypercar
In this case, it looks stunning. Zenvo calls the Tur a “more refined and mature design,” as well as “classically styled.” We’re not sure what classic looks like for the Aurora Tur, but we’d sure love to see it. Because, like Marty in 1955, this one is a classic that would blow some minds.
Zenvo designer Christian Brandt created the Aurora around what the company describes as “Danish design and ingenuity.” The design shows off parts of the carbon monocoque chassis, which is modular and will be used to build another generation of Zenvo vehicles.
The Agil is meant for the track, so it is covered with aerodynamic extras like a large wing, planes behind the front tires, huge side skirts, and a front splitter that almost needs an extra parking space. However, it’s not as extreme as the active aero Zenvo TSRS.

Compared with that, the Tur is almost dull. That’s almost dull, because while this is a far simpler creation, plenty is still going on. The light rose finish is delicate, softening the lines of the Aurora even further, while Zenvo’s other light green shade has a similar effect. Meanwhile, bare carbon on the roof and hood of the extra-stiff chassis, as well as the lower sections of the body, ensures that there is still enough aggression for this class of car.
We Can’t Wait To Hear That V12 Sing
When the Tur makes its dynamic debut at Goodwood, it will be powered by Mahle Powertrain’s Mjølner V12. The bespoke 6.6-liter beast has an electric hybrid system that helps the quad-turbocharged engine make 1,850 combined horsepower instead of the 1,250 it can manage on its own.
Here’s hoping the Tur will use all of its 9,800-rpm capability while showing off at the Festival. When it comes time to stop, the Zenvo Aurora has equally impressive brakes. It’s a custom system from Alcon that uses beefy monoblock calipers and a carbon composite for the rotors.

It will be more affordable, too.
Zenvo says the Tur should be able to reach an almost incomprehensible top speed of 280 miles per hour. But we won’t see that at Goodwood, which consists of just 1.17 miles of twisting asphalt that is actually the Duke of Richmond’s driveway.
