Documentary "The Legacies of War: Deadly Dust"
Is it possible ever to understand the true cost of war? Today in Serbia and across the Balkans, lives are still being impacted by NATO’s use of depleted uranium munitions in its bombing campaign 26 years ago. The evidence is mounting not only in the Balkans, but also in Iraq, that these weapons cause cancer and other deadly diseases, and that they are continuing to kill long after they were used on the battlefield. This is a story of suffering that has for too long gone untold.
