Gippy Grewal Announces Carry On Jattiye With Sargun Mehta, Jasmin Bhasin and Sunil Grover

Carry On Jattiye: Gippy Grewal has announced a new franchise of the blockbuster Carry on Jatta with a twist in the title. Jattiye will replace Jatt in the new franchise titled “Carry On Jattiye.” Directed by Smeep Kang, it will star Gippy Grewal, Sargun Mehta, Jasmin Bhasin, Sunil Grover, Jaswinder Bhalla, Nasir Chinyoti, Nirmal Rishi, and Rupinder Rupi. The team began its shoot in London two days back.

Actor-producer Gippy Grewal shared, “Carry on Jattiye, as the name suggests, will have a female protagonist in the titular character. It’s a wonderful story, and we hope to make a film as funny and entertaining as the previous franchises.”

The film is produced by Gippy Grewal, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Ravneet Kaur Grewal, Abhishek Pathak, Vinod Aswal, and Divay Dhamija. Carry on Jatta 3, which was released in June 2023, was a huge success, becoming the first Punjabi film to cross 100 crores at the box office.
